Terms of Service

Rental Agreement

All vehicle rentals are subject to a formal rental agreement signed at the time of collection. This agreement details the rental period, rate, insurance coverage, security deposit, and return conditions.

Driver Requirements

Drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of two years. International driving permits are accepted where required by local law.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required on all rentals, held via credit card pre-authorisation. The deposit amount varies by vehicle and is released upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.

Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. Additional coverage options and reduced excess policies are available on request.

Delivery

Delivery within our six base cities (Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Paris, Courchevel) is complimentary. Extended delivery to other European destinations is available at an additional fee calculated based on distance.
